I understand that in the course of this class my student will be using fragile equipment and potentially sharp objects and dyeing compounds. I take full responsibility for my student's use of these items.

I also understand that a full refund is provided only if class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment. Otherwise, the registration fee is non-refundable unless the class is fully enrolled and another student can be found to fill your spot. Registration is complete and your spot is reserved only when payment has been received.
