Registration Form

I understand my student is registering for an activity that involves participation in group activities. This necessitates working collaboratively with other students and listening respectfully when others are speaking. I also understand my student’s completion of homework assignments is important to the learning and enjoyment of my student and of the entire group.

I understand classes are not recorded. Attendance is important. For live online classes, I also understand my student is expected to have a working webcam and mic system for every class. For in-person classes, I understand I am expected to drop off and pick up my student on time.

I understand Learning Outside the Box's policy on the use of ChatGPT and other generative AI.

I understand registration is complete and my student's spot is reserved only when payment has been received. I also understand a full refund is provided only if class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment. Otherwise, the registration fee is non-refundable unless the class is fully enrolled and another student can be found to fill your student’s spot, in which case the choice is either a credit for the full amount or a refund minus $50.

I understand all class materials are the intellectual property of Learning Outside the Box and may not be used by any other individual or entity in any form for any purpose.
